Hysteresis Feedforward Compensation: A Direct Tuning Approach Using Hybrid-MEM-Elements

چکیده
Compensation of hysteresis enables substantial performance improvements, e.g., in case piezoelectric actuators. The aim this letter is to develop a systematic manual tuning approach for feedforward controller that compensates phenomena. Modelling the phenomena using hybrid-memory-element determination which influence each parameters can be distinguished error during closed-loop experiment. This allows direct tune resulting relevant control without need an extensive identification procedure.
